Once an order has been shipped, Wet The Face is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by the postal service or shipping carrier. All shipping services are handled by third-party carriers, and any issues that occur during transit are outside of our direct control.
If your order arrives damaged, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage (including the product and packaging) in order for us to review the situation.
📸 Without photos, we are unable to assist with refunds, replacements, or reimbursements of any kind.
